The marketing of the packages of tourist services will be done in accordance with the dispositions of the Government Decree no.107/1999 regarding the activity of commercialization of the packages of tourist services, enacted with modifications and completions by Law no.631/2001, with further modifications.
The commercialization of the packages of tourist services
The ”Vadu Izei” travel agency carries out booking services at tourist pensions and organizes holidays/package holidays and tourist circuits in Romania.
Ways of selling packages of tourist services: directly to the client/tourist and indirectly through travel agencies.
The acquisition of the tourist services of the agency with other agencies with which is in contact is made my comercial contracts adapted to services.
